A pace setter in the horseracing industry, has contracted Mountain Media to develop a website that will attract harness racing devotees by offering wagering information and services.

Saratoga Springs, N.Y. June 14, 2005 - The Red Mile, an innovative leader in the harness racing industry, awarded Mountain Media, Saratoga Springs, New York, the contract to design and develop their new Web Site to offer horse racing fans up-to-the minute racing information. Mountain Media, a provider of eCommerce solutions, developed a website for The Red Mile as innovative as the track itself. This new website will provide harness racing fans with comprehensive racing and wagering information. When visiting the new website, harness racing followers have the ability to view and track their wagering and account activity at both The Red Mile and all other tracks with simulcast services provided in conjunction with The Red Mile. Visitors to the new website can also view and print racing forms, race schedules, purse authorizations, and claiming authorizations. Additionally, they can take a virtual tour of the track and facility, participate in handicapping contests, and respond to racing satisfaction surveys. The new Red Mile website will provide the horse racing enthusiast with a complete informative and interactive experience.

Mountain Media created custom business applications for The Red Mile website, including an online harness racing contest that will entice contestants by offering a cash prize. Players will sign-up for the contest and pick horses over a 30-day period. The player who picks the most winners will win the cash prize. This system can hold contests for any venue where the Red Mile offers simulcast wagering.
