Search Marketing Specialist
This dynamic individual will proactively provide expertise for new SEO initiatives and utilize their understanding of search engines and user search behavior to work with clients to identify and implement marketing programs that will increase organic search listings and rankings.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Strategically develop SEM campaigns around the client's marketing goals.
- Identify opportunities in the marketplace to solidify and expand client visibility and profitability.
- Conduct extensive market/competitor research to be leveraged in the execution of these campaigns.
- Produce targeted messaging for the creative development of the campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular reporting, consultation and feedback.
- Practical knowledge and experience in SEO/SEM is highly desirable.
- Proficient with HTML and knowledgeable of best-practices on the web.
- Detail oriented, self-starting individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly but confident demeanor necessary to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
- Proficient in multitasking to handle multiple clients/initiatives.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- A commitment to clients as well as your own skill set development.

Web Developer/Systems Admin (PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ColdFusion)
We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Web Developer/Sys Admin to join our dynamic team of experienced professionals. The right individual will have the opportunity to put their considerable programming talents to work on the research, design, development, improvement and maintenance of cutting-edge ecommerce solutions and custom applications for our growing client-base.
Ideal candidates are:
- Experienced, talented programmers with the ability to spec projects and establish/adhere-to achievable project timelines
- Knowledgeable in the software development lifecycle, best practices, proper coding techniques and conscious of maintaining code integrity
- Those with a strong desire to understand new and upcoming technologies and to share knowledge with others
- Those with strong communication and documentation skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Those who are comfortable working closely with users and other technical staff
- Those with good time-management and resource allocation skills
Required experience:
- Three years or more of experience working on web-based application development is desired but lesser experience will also be considered
- Experience developing in a professional setting
- Strong working knowledge and proven abilities with one or more of the following technologies and programming languages: PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ColdFusion
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work at a good pace and with multiple tasks
Familiarity with System Admin including the following technologies desirable but not necessary; IIS, MySQL Server, FreeBSD, Apache
