Mountain Media believes it is unfair to pay for something you do not need or use. Our solution offers discounts with no time restrictions. Maintenance Plans:

Mountain Media will keep a detailed log of all tasks performed under the maintenance contract. Time will be tracked to the minute, with no minimum job fees. This method of accounting ensures that customers get a great value for their dollar. A log will be presented when the end of the maintenance plans term is reached. At any point during the maintenance plans term, the client may request details of the work performed and the amount of time remaining.

Mountain Media will notify the customer when the maintenance plans total time is reached. At that point, site maintenance can be performed at our standard rate, or another block of time can be purchased.

NOTE: Full payment is required to initiate the maintenance contract.
