Occasionally a stubborn problem will surface with your computer, or particular program and you don't want your support call routed overseas. We can help.

We would be happy to support computer problems or 3rd-party programs such as Outlook, Eudora, Internet Explorer 6 - 7, Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, etc...

Regular Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Charges are $50.00 per support call. One call will be sufficient to resolve most problems. Persistent problems or extenuating circumstances may require additional charges. You will be contacted first with an estimate before any work is performed.
